Tubeworx was asked for a cone that could be use to help impart movement in to the materials when tying scandi style flies. So after testing some designs they have launched Flow Cones. They fit perfectly over the 1.8mm Inner Tubing and add very little weight. The SSS braids comes in a quality which makes it perfect for all forms of bodies and ribbings. It is not too thick to overlap or to be twisted. In my own fly tying I only use this one quality. If you need a ribbing then use the same material but twine it into a round or oval form. The harder you twist the smaller flies it fits. -
Funky Hair has a slight crinkle and wave to it which helps create volume without bulk and it's stiff enough to resist fouling but soft enough to add mobility and movement to your flies -

EVERY hackle is usable so although the packets look smaller they are better valu then other brands on the market and you get superb colours as well. 20 Colours of Grizzle Hackle. I have looked long and hard for marabou to match ours here at funky fly tying and think i have now found it. I have inspected a few packs and EVERY feather is simple superb.
