These are not listed on the Whiting dealer list and i have had these made available for me. They are perfect for hackling big and medium flies and ideal for all kinds of Butterfly style flies. Most are perfect the way they are, and some will be after a bit of steam. Full Whiting Bronze Grade dry fly Saddle Rooster Capes. Will tie 100's of dry flies. Will mainly tie 14's to 18's with some feathers tying either side. Grading is based on several characteristics; Average Hackle Lengh, Number of usable dry fly tying feathers, predominant tying sizes of the feathers and the minimum number of flies it could tie. For a bronze grade saddle will tie between size 10 and 18. This beautiful cape will tie a minimum of 400 flies (900 on average but variation applies). -
