Fish Hunter Spey Marabou is the same thing as their regular marabou but bigger. Spey Marabou is a big fly tyer's best friend, Coming in all the same colors this size of feather is great for wrapping collars, tying big intruder type patterns, and articulated streamers. Coming in at 5-7 inches long. Think collars for Predator flies as well. You can also strip the herl off to use in the regular way for tails and wings. Perfect for Stillwater flies. -

A classic fur for winging flies. The guard hair is light at the base, with a dark midsection and light tip. It takes the dye beautifully. The guard hair averages from two to three inches long, with the fur about an inch and a half. The straight guard hair stacks very easily if you desire an even wing. One 1 1/2" x 2" piece per pkg -

This straight hair averages about three inches in length. It is spiky and has a nice sheen. It is a dense hair, so there is a minimum of flair when you tie it in. Nature's Spirit bleach the fur pieces before dying it and the colors come out very well. This is a very cool material that will enhance your hairwing patterns. Come in 1½" by 2" pieces. Bull Elk from Nature's Spirit. Nature's Spirit Bull Elk is a tough hair that is a favorite of many fly tyers for tying any type of flies that incorporate hair in the wings or body. This is a classic fly tying material and fly tying hair. This is the flank hair off the bull elk. The color varies from light ginger to creamy blonde (rarely almost white) with dark tips. Great for Stimulators, Humpies, and the classic hair for the Troth Elk Hair Caddis. Try using the black for beetle patterns. -

These small tufts make realistic wings on smaller flies, size 14-26. They also are advantageous for emerging midge patterns when you want that vulnerable suspension effect in the surface film. The majority of dyed natural materials are devoid of their original natural oils and in most instances carry chemical odors that could possibly alarm fish who have highly sensitive scent glands. Cow elk tend to have consistently nice rump hair so most of our rump hair comes from the cow elk. The color varies from charcoal to brown to blond with lengths up to 4". the texture is very coarse. A popular hair for extended body patterns. Also makes nice segmented bodies for hoppers. -
This is my favorite dubbing from Nature's Spirit. Loads of shine but lovely natural colours. You could also put a pinch in to natural hair dubbings like squirrel or rabbit so and a inner sparkle. All the Emergence dubbings are mixes of colour not one solid colour. So many people told me to get this dubbing in and I'm glad I did. -

These large spey feathers are made from 3" to 5" goose coquille feathers which are specially processed to create a particularly spiky, long fibered feather. This "burning" process is tricky business, but we get good results and many of our dealers sell a ton of this product with a high level of customer satisfaction.
