This is the perfect "Sunray" material, featuring beautifully long and extremely durable hair that's perfect for flies much longer than the original 13.5 cm ones. -
In our search for the best materials possible we found a fantastic source for small, selected ostrich body feathers – the best we have seen. They are perfect for hackling big and medium flies and ideal for all kinds of Butterfly style flies. Most are perfect the way they are, and some will be after a bit of steam. We doubt there are any hackles that will swim the way good ostrich hackles do. -
This medium-long, exceptionally shiny, and durable hair has been a staple for decades. It's particularly well-suited for sparsely dressed medium and small flies, zonkers, or especially for shrimp legs and tentacles. We've opted to dye vibrant colours from pure white skins and marbled hues from those skins with black hair in between, which we call “Sapphire”. Each pack contains a generous, double-cut piece sourced from the back, ensuring that every pack includes both the softer belly hair and the longer back hairs. We believe this is an underestimated winging material that produces a translucent fly with a delightful shine. -
Ever since Mikael pioneered the use of these highly mobile feathers in salmon flies back in the late 80s, we've been struck by the way these hackles move and enhance the performance of the fly. Hackling with ostrich infuses flies with such liveliness that they practically look like they will swim off on their own. Ostrich can be utilized in various ways; these small feathers are also perfect for the “Butterfly” design, where a feather is tied in flat over the body. We've meticulously dyed them in colors that complement our different patterns. -
Sourcing for our 'Pattern of the Month' packs, we discovered these exceptional Peacock Eye Feathers. Dyed in our signature colours, they boast a natural fluorescence that adds a brilliant shine to your flies. Whether tied in as a roof over the wing, mixed into the wing itself, or spun for bodies, these feathers offer extra versatility and allure. We also present bleached and dyed variants, slightly more delicate but equally integral to many of our patterns, and sure to inspire new innovations at the tying table. -
Our Ringneck Pheasant Rump feathers serve as excellent front hackles for larger flies and superb “spey hackles” for smaller tubes, doubles, or singles. They are frequently paired with our ostrich hackles to help steer those ultra-soft fibers. These feathers are highly durable and can withstand many great catches. Available in all our best colors, similar to our peacock eye feathers, you have the option of bleached feathers (B&D) in vibrant colors or naturally speckled feathers dyed with a tint of color. Each pack contains approximately 30 quality feathers, ranging in size from small to large. -
The Samurai, with its long, slim, drop-formed design, requires hair with precise attributes: a soft swimming tail, a narrow profile, and minimal tangling, even at high speeds through the water. This specially selected genetic goat hair embodies these qualities, making it the finest samurai hair we've ever encountered, both in tying and fishing. Dyed in colors that complement our expanding family of Samurai fly patterns, it perfectly suits our needs. The length of this hair varies from 15–20+ cm. -
The market is flooded with various rubber and silicone legs, ranging from good to not-so-good quality. To help you navigate this sea of options, we've carefully curated a selection of 12 different version in colours and qualities specifically suited for our salmon, sea trout, and steelhead flies. Our collection consist of a diverse range, including narrow barred, wider barred, and three vibrant fluorescent colors. While we use silicone legs on some of our salmon flies, they are particularly effective for sea trout and steelhead patterns. These versatile legs can be incorporated in numerous ways – whether as extra tails, legs, or shrimp feelers. Positioned right behind a turbo cone, they add extra vibrations and motion to any of your favorite patterns. As always, in the realm of innovative fly tying, the possibilities are endless.

The original turbo! This is the cone that was made to make the fly swim better than anytime before. The cone divides the water and creates turbulence that will make your fly move and look alive. With the turbos you can use the softest materials without them collapsing in the current. -
The new tungsten half turbo is neater, better looking and the tungsten density makes them steer and balance even better. The smallest ones are superb for slim summer flies. The FITS half turbo come in three sizes and eight standard colours. -
They have the traditional advantage of the weight concentrating properties of standard tungsten cones. The difference is that they balance better in the water for their size. The shape of the cone makes it cut the water nicely and they are very easy to tie with! The FITS tungsten cones come in three sizes and eight standard colours. -
The SSS Flash mixture is consisting of both "Crinkle strands", "Mirage" and "Mirror strands" and a little bit of HD SSS Angel Hair gives a flash mix that is just completely raw! -
SSS Glitz is a long fiber flash dubbing with extreme characteristics. Unlike the usual SSS dubbing that is built on translucent synthetic fibers, Glitz is built up of flash fibers in several qualities and colors. A dubbing mix may contain up to 15 different types of fibers. All helping to achieve those perfect glittering seductive characteristics without tangles of fibers. -
HD stands for heavy duty. This is a heavier type of Angel Hair. The material is somewhere between common flash and the original Angel Hair quality. Many times you experience the common flash to be too heavy and the Angel Hair too thin. Voila! The solution was Angel Hair HD. -
This is the second generation of Frodin's fantastic braid. There are 15 holographic colours which with its unique, strong colour and reflection gives fantastic bodies and super strong glittery ribbings in all necessary colours.
