The UV Infiniti Light is the most powerful, most environmentally friendly light we’ve ever offered. A note on the power output: Historically we have used wattsas a unit of measure because of its familiarity with users, and because it was helpful in illustrating the relative strength of our lights. With the introduction of the UV Infiniti Light, we encountered the need to explain the relative power of our lights differently. The UV Infiniti Light was designed as a 10W light. During development of the product a change in components lowered the wattage, but not the actual output of the light. In other words, it became more efficient in the same way that an LED bulb that uses 50 watts is far brighter than an incandescent bulb that uses 50 watts.

In our search for the best materials possible we found a fantastic source for small, selected ostrich body feathers – the best we have seen. They are perfect for hackling big and medium flies and ideal for all kinds of Butterfly style flies. Most are perfect the way they are, and some will be after a bit of steam. We doubt there are any hackles that will swim the way good ostrich hackles do.

Full Whiting Bronze Grade dry fly Saddle Rooster Capes. Will tie 100's of dry flies. Will mainly tie 14's to 18's with some feathers tying either side. Grading is based on several characteristics; Average Hackle Lengh, Number of usable dry fly tying feathers, predominant tying sizes of the feathers and the minimum number of flies it could tie. For a bronze grade saddle will tie between size 10 and 18. This beautiful cape will tie a minimum of 400 flies (900 on average but variation applies).
