TMC Spinning Hackle Pliers are a combination of the pliers and the handle bar connected by the universal joint. It keeps the hackle perpendicular to the hook shaft when wrapping hackles. It also prevents a hackle from twisting or breaking. It can be used for tying from a midge pattern to a big fly. The pliers have a silicon soft top. -
