On a resent visit to the USA i was able to spend some time with Chris Helm at his home and shop.
I was educated on the types of deer hair available and the different qualities.
He hand selected for me some pieces of Select Cow Elk from Nature’s Spirt that would be perfect for the UK and the types of flies we tie.
