Terms & Conditions*

1. Photos must be submitted in the highest quality and resolution possible.
2. To enter the Funky Fly Tying photo of the month competition you must complete the online form.
3. By submitting your image, you are giving Funky Fly Tying and Fin and Game Ltd permission to use it, in its original or an edited form, in future marketing material, on our website and our social media pages.
4. Photos must be submitted with the full permission of both the photographer and anyone that can be identified from the image.
5. Should the results end in a draw, Funky Fly Tying will decide the overall winner.
6. At the end of the month, the top 4 images will be uploaded to our Funky Fly Tying Instagram Account and to our Funky Fly Tying Facebook account. We reserve the right not to publish images that are not deemed suitable or of high enough quality.
7. The winner of the competition will be the image with the highest number of votes after 7 days. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into on this matter.
8. The winner will receive a £50 Funky Fly Tying voucher that must be used one month after issue and will be valid for online use only.
9. Funky Fly Tying will store your data securely, for purposes of competition administration only. You will not be contacted by us for any other purpose unless you have accepted the marketing field in the photograph submission. You may request your data are deleted at any time.
10. Entries must be unique and may only be entered once only.
11. In the unlikely event of a draw, the winners will split the £50 prize voucher equally.
12. Funky Fly Tying reserves the right to refuse an entry or to grant the prize to anyone who has breached our terms & conditions, gained an unfair advantage or won by fraudulent means.
